Often wrongly compared to its distant cousin Tokay, it is closer to a cousin of Burgundy. Born on a clay-limestone terroir, with a deep yellow colour, this Pinot Gris is a gastronomic Alsace wine with a light nose of yellow fruit, developing a palate with notes of ripe pear and smoke. A light acidic apple flavour will enhance the finish.
It will accompany your white meat dishes such as bouchées à la reine or poultry and duck breast, but also your pâtés en croute, meat pies and your baeckeoffe. (typical alsace food).

Cuvée au nez sur la poire, vin gastronomique avec des notes grillées et fruits jaunes. Convient sur les viandes blanches ou un magret.
