Prices
All the prices indicated in our catalog are ex-cellar prices, all taxes included in Euros (TTC), the transport costs will be calculated according to the quantity and the place of delivery during the validation of the order.

Payment by bank check in Euros (only for France).

VALIDITY OF AN ORDER
As of the last "acceptance click", the order is considered irrevocable and can only be challenged in the cases restrictively provided below.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you as soon as the order is registered. By keeping this email and/or printing it you have a proof of your order that we recommend you to keep.
This last "click" is assimilated to the handwritten signature referred to in article 1341 of the French Civil Code.
By validating your purchase, you authorize "SARL VINS ALSACE HERTZOG" to debit your payment card of the total amount of the order.
This one will be validated after authorization of the transaction of the bank of the purchaser.
We will acknowledge receipt of your order by Email, and we will confirm as much as possible a delivery date.
Certain countries prohibit the direct forwarding of wines and spirits, the company "SARL VINS ALSACE HERTZOG" will not be able to honor the orders resulting from such countries.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
We draw your attention to the fact that the promotional codes are only valid on our online store and not on the sale in the cellar. Please take note of this, no exceptions will be accepted.
DELIVERY
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is prepaid for France.
The shipping costs are 22,00€ TTC for all France (Corsica included) and Monaco. From 135,00 € TTC of purchase the free shipping costs. Please contact us for more information.
The ordered products will be shipped with a maximum delivery time of 6 (four) to 8 (eight) working days for France. This from the validation of the bank details of the buyer.
The products ordered in "RAPID" delivery at the price of 49,99€ will be delivered with a maximum delay of 2 (two) to 4 (four) working days for France. This from the validation of the bank details of the buyer.
Postage paid for Europe.
The products ordered "Europe" will be delivered with an expected delivery time of 15 (fifteen) working days depending on the distance from the validation of the bank details of the buyer.
We insure the goods until the place of delivery but cannot be held responsible for an impossibility of delivery independent of our will (absence, error of wording, address, unavailability of stock, etc...). It is up to the recipient to make the usual reserves in case of anomaly at the reception of the packages.
SHIPPING / DELIVERY
The ordered articles are sent to the delivery address that you have indicated during the ordering process. The products are shipped no later than 48 hours after receipt of the order and its payment. In case of unusual delay (except for harvest or displacement for delivery), due to a stock shortage for example, an email will be sent to you.
We insure the goods until the place of delivery, however, we will not be held responsible for any delay independent of our will in case of erroneous information (telephone number, street number) or no response to requests from our carrier.
Reminder: It is up to the recipient to make the usual reserves in case of anomaly at the reception of the packages.
RETURN OF DELIVERY
According to the article L 121-20 of the Code of Consumption, the consumer has a period of fourteen (14) working days to return, at his expense, the wines that do not suit him. This period runs from the day of delivery of the consumer's order. If this period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday, it is extended until the next business day.
Any return will have to be announced as a preliminary with the company SARL HERTZOG by the mode of your choice. The wines will have to be turned over to SARL VINS ALSACE HERTZOG, Return of goods, 36 route du vin, 68420 Herrlisheim near Colmar.
This right of retractation is exerted without penalty, with the exception of the expenses of return to the load of the customer. In the hypothesis of the exercise of the right of retractation, the consumer has the choice to ask either for the refunding of the paid sums, or the exchange of the product. In the case of an exchange, the reshipment will be at the expense of the consumer.
In the event of exercise of the right of retractation, SARL VINS ALSACE HERTZOG will make all the efforts to refund the consumer within 30 days. However, taking into account the technical character of the sold products, this time could be extended to 45 days, in particular when the product needs a checking (cf products having to be checked as a preliminary).
The consumer will then be reimbursed by crediting his bank account (secure transaction) in case of payment by credit card, or by check in other cases.
No return will be accepted and we do not proceed to any exchange beyond the statutory period.
Any return due to an address error or an impossibility of delivery not attributable to Vins-alsace-hertzog.fr will be re-invoiced.
JURISDICTION
In case of dispute or contestation, only the French courts will be competent, also in case of multiple defendants or guarantee calls.
Protection of minors against alcoholism
(Article L. 3342-1 of the French Public Health Code) In bars and all shops and public places, it is forbidden to sell or offer free of charge to minors under the age of eighteen (18) alcoholic beverages to be consumed on the premises or to be taken away.
The abuse of alcohol is dangerous for your health. Please consume in moderation.
