Known as Tokay for more than 4 centuries, this Pinot Gris is made and imagined as an in-between, neither a classic cru nor a late harvest while coming close to it without having the same sweetness or concentration. It is an overripe Alsace wine with a discreet nose and a slight smoky/grilled side to the surprising aromas of apricot with a nuanced honeyed side finishing with a roundness.
This wine will be perfect with chicken with morels, duck breast and as an aperitif for Pinot Gris lovers.
75 cl
