Sparkling rosé wine from Alsace with fine bubbles made from the traditional Pinot Noir grape variety. A beautiful pale pink colour with fine bubbles. The nose has fruity notes of strawberry and orange blossom. The mouth is also on red fruits, with light notes of violet to finish on a beautiful freshness.

Like the Crémant Blanc, this wine can be served as an aperitif, with biscuits, or as a dessert. It will bring a fruity note more summery and perfumed.
