Pale yellow to the eye and to the nose it is discreetly typified by white fruits. This wine is fresh with notes of apples and floral nuances with a light fruitiness that opens up quickly in the mouth with a nice acidity without too much exuberance.
It will be excellent with starters composed of raw vegetables and goes very well with white meats, pies, fish, mussels marinière as well as a scallop.
75 cl
Less round and full than its cousin the Pinot Auxerrois, it is a wine combining freshness, body and suppleness ideal for light dishes.
