Previously mistakenly referred to as Tokay, it is closer to a cousin of Burgundy. This Pinot Gris, with its deep yellow colour, is an Alsatian wine with a frank nose marked by notes of yellow fruits such as mirabelle plums, as well as a toasted side that makes it special. It is surprisingly long on the palate.
With its broad spectrum and its character, it will sublimate dishes such as chicken curry, duck breast, and bouchées à la reine. It is above all the perfect ally of your convivial aperitifs for lovers of this grape variety.
