Tasting :
Alsace wine of terroir and character, gastronomic. Its mouth with floral notes of rose
and spice. A finish on the quince will rekindle each sip. The nose is more discreet
than a classic Gewurztraminer.
Food / wine pairing :
It will be as good as an aperitif as with a slightly spicy Asian style cuisine for example
or even on cheeses such as blue or Munster.
