The view

The wine is light yellow in colour with slight silver highlights.

The nose

This is the best example of a wine with primary aromas. The power of the nose is undeniably reminiscent of grapes. This fruit intensity is sometimes complemented by subtle floral notes.

The taste

Vinified dry, it really gives the impression of biting into the grape. The freshness and the hint of fine bitterness contribute to the spontaneity and harmony of the wine.

Gastronomy

 
This is a wine to be enjoyed in its youth. Thanks to its dry character, Muscat d'Alsace is a real appetizer. It is served as an aperitif at the best tables in the region. Muscat is also very appreciated with asparagus. It enhances light cuisine based on cooked or raw vegetables (steamed dishes, vegetarian dishes).

Orbicular, thick, medium five-lobed

Bunch

Medium, cylindrical, long, narrow. Spherical, medium-sized berry, amber-yellow colour, thick skin with reddish spots when fully ripe. Firm, juicy, very sweet flesh with an aromatic musky flavour.

Muscat ottonel

Leaf

Small to medium, orbicular, ogival teeth, medium.

Bunch

Small to medium-sized, cylindrical, spherical berry, medium-sized, light yellow with a fine musky flavour
